About TPMC

Technobuild Project Management Consultants had been registered in Central Excise Department with service tax registration number BEMPS1211LSD001 on 18th April, 2012, which had been migrated to Goods and Service Tax Department after implementation of GST with registration number 09BEMPS1211L1Z8.

We manage the construction projects with on-time and cost effective solutions. In the past years, we provided our services to Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts, Under Ministry of Textiles, for construction of Trade Facilitation Centre and Craft Museum at Varanasi (Foundation stone laid by Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi), India Exposition Mart Limited, Greater Noida for Exhibition halls for Auto Expo, 2018, Advant I.T. Park Private Limited, Noida for 28 storied commercial building and so many other clients.

We do the project management of construction projects from the stage of conceptualization to the stage of hand over. We are fully committed to meet out the requirement of our projects.

ARUN KUMAR SHARMA

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma holds B.Tech in civil engineering and brings over 34 years of construction experience of various projects such as residential, hospital, hotel, factory and commercial buildings. He has an experience of construction of stadium in Delhi for Commonwealth games 2010, Escorts Heart Institute, Delhi (now known as Fortis Escorts), Parliament library in Parliament campus, New Delhi, Optical fibre cable laying work for Reliance Engineering Associates in Bareilly and Moradabad etc.

GUNJAN SHARMA

Chief Operating Officer

Worked in various organisations since 1998, Ms. Gunjan Sharma's more than 22 years of experience has propelled her forward as most innovative and versatile professional. Ms. Gunjan's education includes MBA in Human Resource Management and master of art degree in Economics. The breadth of her experience combined with her passion and boundless energy make her a person who can manage human resource efficiently and inspire team to deliver best results.

Chief Architect

Mr. T.S. Suri is the Chief Architect with over 32 years of experience in developing conceptual plans for commercial and residential buildings. He has worked with several clients to create personal spaces that meet their needs.

DEVESH KUMAR

General Manager

Mr. Devesh Kumar is a civil engineer with more than 32 years of experience in the construction of building projects. Worked in Ahluwalia Construction Group on a project of  Amity University, sector-125, Greater Noida before joining us.

SUBHASH CHAND

Project Manager

Mr. Subhash Chand is a highly experienced civil engineer with over 28 years of expertise in the construction industry. Before joining our organization, he played a key role in the successful execution of numerous prestigious residential and commercial projects. His vast knowledge, technical proficiency, and commitment to quality have contributed to the development of high-standard projects.

Project Manager

Rajveer Tiwari is an electrical engineer and has more than 27 years of experience in residential, hotel, hospital, factory, and commercial buildings.

ARVIND PRATAP SINGH

Project Manager

Mr. Arvind Pratap Singh is a civil engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the construction of building projects. Worked in Larsen & Toubro Limited and Ahluwalia Contracts (I) Limited etc. before joining us.

Mr. Shubham Saxena is a civil engineer and has more than 12 years of experience in residential, hotel, and commercial buildings.

Manoj Kumar

Project Manager

Mr. Manoj Kumar is an accomplished civil engineer with over 13 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous prestigious industrial, residential, and commercial projects.

Mr. Deepak Kumar is a civil engineer with more than 10 years of experience in construction of building projects.

Site Engineer

Mr. Akshay Ghabru is a mechanical engineer with more than 4 years of experience of building projects. He worked with us on a project of exhibition halls for Auto Expo 2018 and currently looking after services related issues for all projects.

AutoCAD operator

Mr. Sanjay Singh Rawat is an AutoCAD operator with over 10 years of experience. He has created complex drawings and layouts for various clients by using AutoCAD.

Marketing Executive

Ms. Rekha Goswami is a marketing executive with over 15 years of marketing experience. She has coordinated marketing tasks for all the departments and enhanced communication systems to address client needs.
